Orange-spotted Spinefoot or Golden Rabbitfish (Signaus guttatus) - unsigned in the outside turtle pool, even though there were a lot of them: the dominant fish in the pool were these and Golden Pomfret (Trachinotus blochii presumably). The signage on the pool was minimal and only in Chinese.
