I had to significantly reduce the exposure just to capture this animal properly—this photo still doesn't do it justice! Do note that the blue belly is not a natural feature of the animal, but rather a reflection from the bottom of the tank.
Known simply as Kinubari (キヌバリ) in Japan, where they were imported from.
