Zoo Flooding outside Tropical Forests

Ngl it almost looks like a wetlands exhibit

Mentioned this on another thread, this is a rain garden. Meant to keep stormwater runoff as clean as possible, not meant to hold water for more than 24 hours. The pollinator gardens the zoo planted are interspersed between the rain gardens. Check your sources next time and don't assume.
