@EagleScout610 That light coloration around the mouth and on the underside is pretty standard for black mambas actually. The olive coloration on top isn't uncommon either, although I think the lighting in this photo is making it look a bit lighter than it would in person.
Fun fact, the "black" in black mamba refers to the color on the inside of the mouth, rather than the scales.
