@Prochilodus246 This species is only found in Japan, so it is likely that it arrived from a Japanese zoo. (In fact, the Japanese giant salamander kept in U.S. zoos arrived from Japanese zoos, so it is likely that the Sakishima grass lizard kept in European zoos arrived for the same reason.)
They are, together with t. sexlineatus and T. smaragdinus present at private reptile collections in Europe. Personally I bred the species about 10 years ago.
