What a beautiful aviary and mix of birds! I like that they have a large colony of Black-faced Ibis, and don't forget the Black-necked Stilt in the front and the Black-necked Swans in the back of the photo!
@Summer Tanager This aviary, with the flamingo exhibit on one side and the Humboldt penguin exhibit on the other side of the walkway, also houses a successful breeding colony of Inca terns and a breeding pair or Black-necked swans. Impressive aviary and one of my favorite exhibits at Planckendael and in zoos in general.
