Not the biggest exhibit, although there are many indoor tapir exhibits in the United States that are that size or smaller. I do like the natural lighting coming in from the glass ceiling.

I would say that it just looks smaller in the photo. This exhibit used to house African elephants not so long ago! Also, it is just a temporary measure, as the tapirs are waiting for their new indoor exhibit to be built, so that they can move to their former paddock connected to a large pond, which they love When the tapirs move, this exhibit will become home to okapis.
