Longheaded eagle ray (Aetobatus flagellum) - BXSea

SWA had this back in the 2010s AFAIK. You can tell them from their spotless backs.
 
@Fargusno the most reliable way to distinguish this species and A. ocellatus is that A. flagellum have shorter and flatter snout, making it looks like a shovel (As seen in this picture). A. ocellatus have a longer and forward-facing snout.

A. ocellatus can also be found to have a spotless back, depending on age I assume. So wether they have spots or not are not the best way to distinguish the two. A. flagellum are generally smaller and color-wise darker than A. ocellatum.
