Jasmine Park - Green Pheasant (Phasianus versicolor)

May or may not be the true bird, because it's often mixed up with the commonly available common/ringneck pheasant. If it is, maybe Jasmine Park is the only keeper of this bird in a public facility.

This is indeed a true phasianus versicolor, hybrid pheasant will have an apparent white-ring on the neck.

They're actually much more widespread than you think, especially in the numerous mini zoos and farms. The only big zoo that I'm aware keeping phasianus versicolor are Eco Active Park and an single female at Ragunan Zoo.

@Rizz Carlton I'm surprised by how common this is. But at the same time, not surprised at all because most, if not all pheasants displayed in zoos and other public places are farm-bred, especially foreign pheasants. Native pheasants are mostly protected like the great argus and the crested fireback.
