Are these a replacement for the seals or sea lions?

My first impression is that this is a very disappointing downgrade, as when I toured the zoo in 2010, I saw both California Sea Lions and Harbour Seals in this exhibit and there's even large underwater viewing windows. Replacing pinnipeds with a few pelicans? Hmmm....

@snowleopard there’s also supposed to be penguins from what I’ve heard. But time will tell
