Do note that this image was taken today (30/05/2025), at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park in Bay Lake, Florida, USA.
Do you know if Blackbuck still reside in this exhibit? I noticed when I was last there, their numbers seemed down and I wonder if they were letting the herd die off.
 
@HowlerMonkey, from what I understand, the blackbuck that are still there are not always the most visible. If anything, regardless of how shy their current individuals might be; the possibility of DAK quietly thinning out their non-breeding herd seems all the more likely.

iirc, a similar phenomenon occurred back when the park used to have Eld’s Deer; which was down to one elderly individual by the time they phased out that species for good.
