Honestly, it's sad that since the 2010s, this "franken-grouper" has taken the place of the brown-marbled groupers in seafood restaurants and Chinese restaurants that serve live fish/seafood. And now purebred giant groupers are disappearing from Indonesian aquaria, with SWA and BXSea as its last bastion.
