This is a Whitemargin Unicornfish, Naso annulatus. Bluespine Unicornfish N. unicornis is kept in the same tank but can be distinguished by the large blue spots around the scalpels on the caudal peduncle, a paler caudal fin with no white tips, and a shorter horn that does not extend past the mouth.
