View of Macaronesian exhibits and "World of Drought" -Zoo Plzeň (2025)

@The Jasmine Dragon, the only animal I saw living in this section is the Gran Canaria giant lizard (Gallotia stehlini), it's otherwise more of a vegetation display.
I vaguely recall some skink being signed here as well, but I'm not sure. According to the zoo's website, they once also housed wild canaries, pin-tailed sandgrouses, great short-toed larks, horned larks and even the endemic Tenerife blue chaffinch!
I'm sure that other members of the forum might be able to give you a more appropriate answer.
