The outdoor paddock for elephants in Nürnberg Zoo, Germany. During my visit in 2007, both asian and african elephants were sharing this enclosure. A bit small but not too shaby. At least it's nice and green.

this enclosure is rather big! imagine there's much more behind the hillside! it's now used by the indian rhinos, containing more rocks as hiding structures for antelopes, sandheaps, wood and whatver,...one of the biggest indian rhino enclosures i've seen,...
