He was born in march 1992 at munic. So he is almoast 18 years old.

Indeed he is. His mate *Taiga* is two years younger.

So it's parents weren't purebred Amur Tigers?

Indeed. His grandfather was a sumatran tiger. It was discoverd in 2008, so all tigers of that breeding-line were taken out of breeding.
