Also not on your list are Eberswalde and Cottbus, not saying they should be on your list but I went to both last winter and they are also very good well laid out places.
The hoofstock enclosures in the Tierpark are very good, also the Pheasantry and the "Schlangenfarm" (Snake farm).
The best exhibits in the zoo are the hippohouse, the Aquarium, the nocturnal house and not to forget the bird aviaries and the bird houses. Not the best, but one of the most interesting buildings in the zoo-world are the rhino-house and the antelope-house.
Both carnivore buildings in the zoo and the tierpark (Raubtierhaus (Zoo) and Alfred-Brehm-Haus (Tierpark)) are great complexes they are still one of the biggest zoo-buildings in the world and very impressive but not the best of the best of it's kind.

I would not say that the hoofstock enclosures are very good, they are big but boring and could use a lot of furnishment and enrichment, just as every exhibit in the Berlin zoos could use some of that and up too a few exceptions they all could use some imagination.....
Whereas most Leipzig exhibits seem quite cleverly designed and they are mostly well furnished and enriched...
But that is my personal opinion, many people rank the Berlins very high because of the species richness and the nice architecture in the Berlin Zoo. But when I visited both zoos again last year on a Eastern Germany trip, I was much more charmed by especially Magdeburg and Leipzig, then of the Berlin species guerilla.
I've never been to Eberswalde or Cottbus, so I don't know where to rank them.
Lintworm you're right, Berlin's zoos could use more enrichment and could mix more species together but the exhibits just from the view of requirements for the species are good.
