Build in 2006 called "Nordseewelten"

What kind of seals and penguins do they have at this zoo? Is that an African penguin?

That's a Humboldt (the pink skin at the base of the bill is the giveaway).

What species of pinniped is kept here? TBH, I doubt if the penguins enjoy the experience - this combination is a tried and tested way of getting them killed.

Harbor seals. And it works just fine since almoast 7 years. No problem between the animals.
Augsburg had a similar mix when they redid their sealpool, also no problems. Seelions and furseals would kill penguins, Harbor seals don't.
