In October 2009 in the Paradieshalle in Vogelpark Walsrode was a large collection of stuffed specimens of various species of Kingfishers from around the world.

In October 2009 in the Paradieshalle in Vogelpark Walsrode was a large collection of stuffed specimens of various species of Kingfishers from around the world. It is worth noting that the species from this pictures was kept in Walsrode in 2002 - ca. 2006

Incredibly well stuffed, looks like alive! Most of museum specimes of birs are definitely not perfect-shaped.

Wonderful taxidermy; I don't think I would have realised it was stuffed.
