One of the wide variety of parrot taxa displayed at Wilhelma in the aviary complex located on the Sub-Tropical Terraces overlooking the Moorish Villa; as with so many of the taxa displayed within this area, these were a lifetick for both Helly and myself when we visited Wilhelma. I am particularly pleased with how this photograph turned out, considering how active and rapid-moving the Vinaceous Amazons were.
