Altough it is a nice building, it means a big waste of space for the animals. Unfortunateley, its protected by law, so the zoo can't destroy it to build a new hippo or elephant enclsoure, for examples.

Seriousley, don't missunderstand me, I like this building, but It is a little bit to big, and if you see how small all of the hoofstock exhibist are, it would be an option, to use the space of that building for them. Of course they can't do it, because this building is one of the oldest buildings in the zoo and it is very important for the area in which the zoo is located.
And to answer your question, yes, there are things I like about Frankfurt Zoo.The new ape house, to name just one example.
