Its strongly forbidden to use Flashlight in the Grizmekhouse, there is a sign, also in english, at the entrance. On the other side, why is it necessary to tell that a Zoo enthusiast ? I think, some Zoofreaks would do everythinvg to get a good shot, isn't it ?
Well, it's a fair cop - this is definitely a cheeky one. Animal in question was completely unfazed, for the record!
Oddly though I honestly didn't see the sign - despite checking the building opening times as we went in - I remember thinking it odd that it didn't say it. Obviously I wasn't at my most observant at that moment.

After Tarsius/Zebra Duiker posted a photo taken in a Nocturnal House I asked if the zoo permitted photos to be taken with a flash. This was the response.
So why not ? By the Way, the house is closed to the visitors since april, and I was there together with someone of the zoo. But how do think do the zoopeople pictures of their own nocturnal animals for guidebooks etc. ? With flashlight, I guess. The animals do not have any problem with that.
