DavidBrown 26 Jun 2012 Does the Frankfurt Zoo have any elephants? I don't see any pictures of elephants in the gallery except for the cover of a guide book from 1934. I see that they have some megafauna like giraffes, hippos, and black rhinos.

Z Z zoomaniac 26 Jun 2012 Nope, there are no elephants at Frankfurt anymore. They sent their last animal (an old Asian female) to another zoo decades ago.
