To be honest, I'm not sure any of the foliage you see here is actually in the savannah - because of the angle everything's either the hyaena exhibit or the back boundary of the savannah. The furthest trees are in the parkland beyond the zoo boundary, from where the savannah is also visible - though not as well as it was in 2005 before the foliage grew up!
Ahhhh, so is the enclosure as good as it looks here then?
Can't help but feel a little dissapointed by the lack of views into the savannah, would make an excellent photo oppurtunity!

I can imagine trying to find young hyaenas in this exhibit would be difficult, there does seem to be a lot of cover judging from the photo.
