anyone know what kind of cat that is? leopard or jaguar? face is slim and narrow it actually reminds me of a Florida cougar.

Would this be one of the pictures taken on our trip to Wuppertal? I seem to remember some very active panthers that day

Normally, I NEVER say panther but use "black leopard" or "black jaguar" instead. I only said panther here because that seem to be the way of this thread :)

The three panthers (black hybrid leopards) are kept in the old lionenclosure at the big cats house.

Cougars that I am aware of never come in the black variety, that includes Florida panthers and the panthers that inhabit down through towards South America and around Santa Rosa national park in Costa Rica.

At any rate those soft green eyes against the black fur suck u in. awesome pic.
