Peters? Angolan Colobus (Colobus angolensis palliates) at Zoologischer Gart

A rather unusual species of colobus, both in appearance and in the rarity in European collections, this species was held in a walkthrough enclosure mixed with Black Rhinoceros - part of the overall Africambo exhibit, which I would suggest is one of the highlights of the collection as a whole.

Apart from the tragopan, this is the first species you've posted a photo of which I have seen:p I quite prefer Angolan Colobus to Mantled Guereza, though both are nice.

Now explain to me how they had a walkthrough with not only colobus, but with a Black Rhino?

You should read the relevant part of my report on Zoo Magdeburg, then you would know ;)

(Careful use of tree-trunks and ditches, for the record :p)
