Interestingly enough I'm not sure that there are any in captivity in Australia. I was there back in 2007, and know that there weren't any listed on ISIS in Australia at the time. I had to wait till 2010 when I did my European Zoo tour of 30 zoos in 20 days to see Kowari for the first time (at Frankfurt, and then again at Poznan)
Global Species which has the ISIS listings from the end of 2011 also doesn't list any in Australia. If anyone knows any different information from that continent, please let us know.
