Orycteropus

Nocturnal section @ Budapest Zoo

The nocturnal exhibit is on the floor of the Kangaroo House. Species You can see there are the followings: Brazilian agoutis, Douroucoulis, Northern tree shrew, Javan ferret badger (the only location (at least in Europe) where You can see this species), Egyptian friut bats, Woodland dormouses and three marsupials: Brush-tailed rat-kangaroo, Common brushtail possums and Ground cuscuses. There were Kowaris some years earlier. The space is not too large for these species, but this inside exhibits are well designed. There is a plan that this section will move to the Kós Birdhouse, and instead there will be a new exhibit for venomous snakes.
