The overall look of a monkey (in general) enclosure will be better when use is made of natural climbing facilities instead of playground-esque facilities. They did try well here with lots of natural logs and branches.

Yes, the horizontal wires are electric fence, but the pole is the safety barrier in front of the electric fence, so the visitors can not touch the wires.
