As the only Icelandic member of this forum, I must explain that is for quarantine reasons. We have been relatively free of such diseases and wish for it to continue that way. There are also great restrictions on the importing of meat and dairy products for instance. However, if we could only send the bankers away, never to see them again, and get the horses back, I think we would!
