Joey is much younger than Dublin's other penguins, hence the lack of the black stripe on the front.
He was hand-reared, and likes hanging out under this bush at the front of the exhibit, looking at the people outside.
The keepers originally called him Chloe, switching to the rhyming Joey when he turned out to be male.
