Didn't this used to hold Arctic foxes, zoogriaffe? I seem to recall it adjoined the 'new' Polar Bear enclosure so the two species could be run together. The building behind contained the bear dens.
Maybe I'm wrong, its a long time since I was last in Dublin.
I cannot remember hence the title but I think Paradoxurus could well be right as it would be about it being for Artic Fox,when they had the Polar Bears still!
