It seems weird that the placed the rocks at the back of the exhibit. If you wanted them on view wouldn't you put them closer to the front?
 
I wholeheartedly agree Pat, and hopefully there is more to this enclosure than what is shown in this photo. At nearby Monarto and Adelaide there are impressive exhibits for yellow-foot rock wallabies, especially Monarto with its large walk-through enclosure for this species.
 
This was a bit disappointing, because they are so distant. I suspect this may have been an exhibit for other macropods, with a natural rock formation in the exhibit (the terrain s;lopes away quite steeply beyond the back of the exhibit). Maybe, when they got rock wallabies, this was the best exhibit for them.
