Former manatee pool

The manatee pool as it can be seen now. It normally houses some European tortoises. It was being renovated a bit when I was visited in december, probably because the tortoises were hibernating.

I remember this pool and the Manatee (as was). Probably because its close to the indoor gorilla area. Correct?

It is in the same building as the gorillas are, their indoor enclosure is right across this pool.

Thanks! i was there some weeks ago,unfortunately i missed to take a picture from the other side. i think one is also able to take a look inside without going down to the windows,..did you take such a shot e.g. to where the plants are (above the windows).Thanks in advance

Wow, thanks,i found them! Don't know why i am so fascinated by such prisons, maybe because the animals lived and bred in that for about 20 years? such structures disappear which is very good on the one hand, and bad for imagination on the other,..You shouldn't forget what was done,...
