It opened in September 2014. I really liked it on my visit, but it is very difficult to grab the strong points of this facility because many things are interactive. Though it is quite small (2 large rooms) we spend 1,5 hours, without seeing everything, but we were saturated. Actually the display on the picture is one of the less impressive displays .
Interesting exhibit with a high educational value, no doubt. Still - for my taste - a waste of space. There could be tanks for reptiles, fishes or invertebrates. Fits better to a zoo imo (or what common people think of). But I also know that Artis was allways more then just a Zoological Garden.
