It looks as though she's in stalking mode, she's either play fighting with one of her sisters or a bird that's landed in her enclosure. One of the Zoochat members has reported that a female in a UK theme park/zoo was stalking a bird and after stalking for a number of minutes she finally decided to chase unfortunately the bird saw her and was sitting next to the pool which meant she landed head first in cold water.
This specimen is no longer at Burgers, I can't ID her individually but she's either now back in England were she was born (But she's now in a safari park) or she's in Japan.
