The enclosure for red diamond rattlesnakes. The peccarys can also be seen through this enclosure. It resembles an abandoned campsite.
Burgers' Desert was opened in 1994. It resembles the deserts of Arizona and New Mexico. It is connected through an underground tunnel to Burgers' Bush. There are dayactive as well as nightactive animals. Species include collared peccary, Californian bighorn sheep, ring-tailed cat and turkey vulture.
