This was not a part of the humboldt penguin exhibit. What you see here was a fenced off part of the south american pampa exhibit, temporarily housing all the new penguins because there was no space in the real penguin exhibit.
And if you seriously want to see the new exhibit I urge you to go to emmen very soon, because they will change it into a hippo exhibit.
