That's a very cage-y looking dingo enclosure, quite different to the open exhibits normally seen in Australia for this species - especially a relatively flush zoo like Lone Pine.

Yes, surprisingly poor given the standard of exhibits elsewhere in the zoo. Though no worse for the dingoes than many much nicer looking exhibits in other zoos.

Do they use these dingos in shows, or walk them around the park?

There was a sign saying that if they weren't in the enclosure they would be on their walk around the park, though I didn't see it.
They are not used in shows as far as I know.
 
In July 2017 there is now a sign on this enclosure with a conceptual drawing of a new much larger and open dingo exhibit. According to the sign it will be built down by the lorikeet feeding area.
