Just checked the "official" list of Dutch bird-names (Complete checklist Vogels van de Wereld ) and they even give a third ( IMO riduculas ) name : Maleise jaarvogel !
In the 1980-ties theywere offered by dealers under the name Groefnavel nhv and a few articles were writen about them under this name ( some written by myself ) but later your name popped-up more regulary so I guess it's OK to use both names but no-way the "official"name Maleise jaarvogel !
Thanks guys, from memory I seem to recall that Maleise jaarvogel is the name used on the sign of this species of hornbil, but I wil check it during my next visit.
