This is the long land pert of the exhibit and is where the Gentoos seemed to hang out the most.

Is there a snow machine in the ceiling that allows the white stuff to float down, or is the snow placed in the exhibit by keepers?

I can't say because it wasn't falling down or being put there during my visit.
