Basically, yes! The route around the aquarium is based on a route around the globe, but a few of the destinations are terrestrial rather than aquatic. The area immediately before this is Galapagos, where the only live animal exhibit is the Giant Tortoise paddock. This Gulf of California area includes Swift Foxes, Roadrunners and Rock Squirrels, along with various herps. There is just one fish tank in this area as I recall.
The exhibits at Rotterdam are quite unique and large also. In the Gulf of California area is a sea of Cortez tank, Sea Otter, Kelp tank, a couple of small aquariums as well as roadrunner, elf owl, and a few more exhibits. It ends with the Sea Lion habitiat. There are many exhibits in each area - which is why I had a crew of between 15 and 25 people there for over three years.
