This exhibit called "the palludarium" was updated last year. I believe there are 2 species in there.
The story goed that a female Carettochelys insculpta climbed out one night and "walked" all the way to the toilets (thats also down a flight of stairs!) to lay her eggs. (the exhibit has a beach though...)
Interesting to see the exhibit where this species once bred in, an all too rare occasion it seems. Indeed a shame it's gone, though I understand why the upkeep became to high in such an old building.
