The Asian Mountain exhibit in the the Asia-theme in Rotterdam Zoo. Probably the least charming exhibit in this otherwise fantastic theme. Holds Sichuan takin and rhesus macaques.

On the relatively newest zoo map I can not see this artificial mountain. I assume it has been demolished, is that right? What kind of exhibit does exist here at the moment?

The original plan was to make this zone a Himalaya area, and these plans probably still exists, but because of the financial situation this will probably be a very long-term plan...
