Veldhoven mystery bird(s) no. 4

Photographed at the Dutch Parrot Refuge (N.O.P.) at Veldhoven.
In one of the walk-through parrot aviaries. I think the bird on the right is a Red-fronted Conure (Aratinga wagleri), but the bird on the left is evading my identification skills.

I agree with the A. wagleri and also adds that it's the biggest subspecies frontata. The other parrot IS a mystery. At first glance I was sure it was a Red-shouldered Macaw (Diopsittaca (Ara) nobilis) with typical Macaw ID, the bare skin in front of the beak, but then the front looks black and the underside of the tail is dark. Strange. Probably a hybrid?

I did wonder if it was a hybrid - the markings are distinct enough to make a confident ID, but it just just doesn't match with anything!

The parrot at left is very similar to Nandayus nenday... but the black mask on the head is smaller like on the Nenday...
