Primate house indoors (species list in description)

The Primate house houses: diana monkeys, black-and-white ruffed lemurs, red ruffed lemurs, allen's swamp monkeys, yellow-breasted capuchin, celebes crested macaque, ring tailed lemur and hamadrayas baboons.

In another area of the zoo is a separate building for chimpanzees and gorillas and within the giraffe house are cages for the marmosets and tamarins.

The tiled floor and basic accommodation certainly dates this building. Does anyone know how old the Primate House is?
 
The indoor accommodation is extremely basic and unnatural, however all of the enclosures have an outdoor area each with some nice climbing facilities and natural vegetation (though worth noting that even the outdoor exhibits aren't world class but are what I would call reasonable)
