It is very poor. All of the crocodilians in the building have very small enclosures and the species in here are: Nile Crocodile, Broad-snouted Caiman, and Cuban Crocodile. Some of the other reptile enclosures are pretty small too particularly for the tortoises, and the bird enclosures aren't fantastic, but they aren't so bad since they do have outdoor enclosures.
I don't know what Gdansk's plans for the near future are, I'm sure someone else will, but the zoo does have a lot of great potential. The site is very nice, and if everywhere could be brought up to the standard of the Lion House and enclosure it would be an amazing zoo.
