Calgary has had this mix in the past. They discontinued it once the pandas had babies, but I did not hear of any problems during the 5+ years that it was going.
I've noticed this Red Panda/Reeves' Muntjac mix has become something of a standard in European zoos lately - it's clearly destined to become a classic, like tapir/capybara, guanaco/rhea or kangaroo/emu.
Not sure, to be honest. Struggling to think of UK examples, but it's certainly on the up on the continent - Madrid, Lisbon and Kronberg all have this mix, just off the top of my head. Heidelberg has a nice variation, with Michie's Tufted Deer replacing the muntjac.

I also seem to remember Nürnberg Zoo having red pandas and muntjacs mixed together. It does seem weird that so few zoos choose this combination as the two species can easily co-exist since they utilise different parts of the exhibit.
