Is this African-themed Oceanarium on target for its construction date? Does it still include a large coral reef exhibit, underwater viewing for Nile hippos, a walk-through shark tunnel, penguins, fur seals and manatees? From the information I've heard it could potentially be a world-class exhibit complex.
