Elephant enclosure - Lisbon Zoo.

The biggest of the herd. Not sure if Male or Female

I Personally am not familiar with the herd, but the head shape looks like a female to me.

Thanks so much Cindel for posting all the elephant pictures! Lisbon has only one bull elephant, big John (20 years old), who is the one you photographed in the bull enclosure. So the 2 adult eles in the herd enclosures incl. this beauty here must be females.
